Complex of rental apartments
This seaside plot of 1,200 sq.m. is located on the Ionian coast in Sivota, Thesprotia. Morphologically, the plot follows the regime of the area, ie the Igoumenitsa – Sivota coastline, an area with intense slopes.
The rooms designed to face southeast and are developed on two levels, following the slope of the ground. The outdoor areas of the rooms are respectively developed in two levels having a swimming pool and unobstructed sea view. Each room consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen – that can be used as an extra bedroom – and a bathroom.
