Savvas Nikolatos TSA is perhaps the oldest active construction company in
Ioannina, with over 50 years of constant presence. Ours was one of the first
companies to undertake the construction of private-sector projects and, in
particular, of multi-story apartment buildings through the flats-for-land
(antiparochi) system. Having established a steady, reliable network of
partners over the past 50 years, we are in the unique position today to offer a
comprehensive, reliable proposal for any potential client.

The company is constantly evolving, a process due not only to the needs of
the market but also to our need for natural renovation. Newer generations of
partners offer their own added value to the company.

The sole-proprietorship enterprise was founded in 1968 by Savvas Nikolatos.

In 1988, the company welcomed Christina Nikolatou, who studied Architecture
at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and in 1989 Sotiris Giannoulis, who
studied Architecture at the University of Rome. In 2013, Savvas Giannoulis,
upon completion of his studies in Civil Engineering at the National Technical
University of Athens, joined the team, which assumed its current line-up with
the graduation and inclusion in 2016 of Giannis Giannoulis, who studied
Mechanical Engineering at the Democritus University of Thrace.
The company has a team of passionate professionals of all ages who, through
the different perspectives they bring to the table, can formulate a
comprehensive proposal, always with accountability and devotion to the
concept of “Planning – Construction – Design”.
Our company brings together partners of various specializations and
experience on all matters of construction who offer new, innovative ideas and
techniques. This allows us to stay ahead of the curve with regard to
advancements in the field of construction, such as modern materials,
contemporary construction methods and design trends, by combining the
freshness, eagerness and dynamism of our newer partners with the
experience of the senior partners.
